Important Advisory on your BPI SIM Banking Access

Please be advised that SIM Banking services will be discontinued. Starting November 1, 2018, access to BPI via *119# for Globe subscribers, and Smart Menu for Smart subscribers will no longer be available.

You may use the NEW BPI Mobile app which has been upgraded for your banking convenience.

With the new app you may now:

  • View all your account balances - deposits, credit cards, prepaid cards
  • Reload prepaid phones for ALL networks
  • Reload prepaid Cignal and Mercalco Kuryente Load

Meanwhile, GCash and Smart Money services will temporarily be unavailable.

Likewise, SMS-based BALEC and BALCC used for inquiring prepaid and credit card balances will no longer be available on the same date.
